Example: KRYPTON TH with Sync junction and sync via IRIG to XHS --> XHS is limited to 10 MS/s
Why?
This is due to Sample rate divider capabilities. KRYPTONs have only certain sampling rates supported (the ones that are in dropdown or defined in the specs sheet).
SRdiv = 2^n * 5^m.
Only certain sample rates can be calculated and compatible with 15 MS/s.
ECAT devices don't have those compatible numbers supported, so the SR of the XHS is limited to 10 MS/s and then SR of each device suffice the formula.
What about if I connected Dual Core, HD or HS SIRIUS USB slice and SIRIUS-XHS, do I face any SIRIUS-XHS sample rate limitations in this case?
USB devices have more SR supported, so if you want to run SIRIUS-XHS with 15MS/s, the HS will be limited to 937.5kS/s
Calculation:
15 M / 1 M= 15 --> SRdiv 15 doesn't exist, the closest is 16.
15 M /16 = 0,9375 M
