When exporting only part of acquired data sometimes the envelope is not displayed. For envelope detection the line resolution has to be correctly set. When exporting only part of acquired data there might not be enough data for high line resolution e. g. 64k. When the envelope is not visible please check if the line resolution might be set to 64k instead of 16k or lower.
