Using the GigE camera plugin v6.4 and OptoStream SDK v2.7.5.0 may crush your PC when modifying the camera setup inside DewesoftX or recording the video. 

This is the blue screen you may see 

The problem is that the newer versions of Windows 10, 2004 (20H1) onward, demands driver signatures that OptoStream v2.7.5.0 doesn't have. In case you're using an older Windows 10 version,1903(19H1) or 1909(20H2), you won't see any problems and Gige camera will work without interruptions. 

In case you see the problem on your side, we suggest upgrading the Gige camera plugin to the v6.5 that you can find on the download webpage. The latest Gige plugin v6.5 on the webpage solves the issue with a blue screen and is stable. The problem is solved in version GigECamera v7.0 onward. This version requires DewesoftX 2021.1 or higher.
