This article describes the compatibility of SSD disks between the older and newer versions of SBOX data loggers, SBOX2 and SBOXe respectively. 


The difference in regard to the upgrade of the SSD drawer

Overall dimensions remain just the same except the orientation for SBOXe is oriented upside down. The newer drawer has additional holes that enable backward compatibility of the new drawer for the SBOX2. Design is basically the same except the orientation of the SSD disk. 


SBOX2

The drawer allows fixation for SSD is properly oriented.


SBOXe

By default, SSD is oriented upside down for SBOXe. The drawer allows also the fixation for SSD that suits SBOX2.

SBOXfe - fanless version

This version of SBOX has the same drawer as SBOXe with a difference in orientation. The whole drawer is flipped upside down. All the other details of the drawer remain the same to the SBOXe.
