In this article, we explain the steps that you must follow to upload files to Dewesoft Private forum discussion. This is very useful when you need to send us large files. The access to the private forum discussion is limited only to Customer support department to the people you insert into the "Post on behalf of" field. Please follow the step-by-step guide below. 

Login to our website

Use your current account, create a new one or use a Google sign-in. 

Open Forum discussions section

Go to Support tab and click on the Forum discussion section. 

Private support discussions

At the bottom of the page, there is a private forum section, where you can create your own private topic. 

Create a new topic

Add an email of a person you want to inform of or copy a link of the topic and send it to Dewesoft Team over an email. In the second field, you can also add a detailed description of a problem or files. Then attach the files you would like to share with the Dewesoft Team. In the form you have described which format of files are supported to upload here. Files all together cannot exceed more than 2GB.
